وی گفت: در هر استان یك پردیس دانشگاه فرهنگیان برای مردان و یك پردیس ویژه زنان آماده سازی شده است.

او در ادامه با تاكید بر اینكه آموزش و پرورش را نباید به عنوان یك دستگاه هزینه‌ بر دانست افزود: آموزش و پرورش یك دستگاه مولد محسوب می شود و باید با همین دید مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد.

معاون آموزشی دانشگاه فرهنگیان كشور با اشاره به سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش و ضرورت اجرای جامع و كامل آن گفت: دید گسترده و نگاه همه جانبه به امر تعلیم و تربیت در سند تحول بنیادین كاملا محسوس است لذا برای تحقق آن و تحول عمیق در آموزش و پرورش باید نسبت به اجرای همه جانبه این سند كمر همت بست.

وی اهمیت تربیت معلم را فراتر از تربیت دانش ‌آموز دانست و اظهارداشت: باید نسبت به پرورش معلمان فرهیخته برای تربیت و تعلیم نسل آینده ساز كشور بیش از پیش همت گماریم زیرا تنها در این صورت است كه آموزش و پرورش وظیفه اصلی خود را انجام داده است.

معاون دانشگاه فرهنگیان افزود: در 14 استان كمیته های تخصصی مربوط به اجرای سند تحول بنیادین آغاز بكار كرده و راهبردهای خوبی در این زمینه در دستور كار قرار گرفته است.

وی گفت: كمیته هنر سند تحول بنیادین در استان خراسان رضوی فعال است كه تاكنون عملكرد مثبتی از خود نشان داده است.

او با بیان اینكه معلم پایه اجرای سند تحول بنیادین است افزود: معلمان باید بیش از هر بخش دیگر با ضرورتهای سند تحول بنیادین آشنا شوند تا بتوانند نسبت به اجرای مطلوب آن اقدام نمایند.ك/2
